Limited Lifetime Warranty
PS Custom Rods includes a limited lifetime warranty on all rods built by me. I will repair or replace any rod that is shown to have failed during normal fishing conditions because of faulty workmanship by the component manufacturer or myself. If the rod blank is covered under a rod manufacturer's warranty, any fee charged to replace the blank will be passed on to the rod owner. This warranty does not cover failure due to the following (or similiar) acts: slamming the rod in a car door, house door, ceiling fans, etc.; jamming the rod into the ground or large immovable objects; cracking the rod over a tree limb, gunwale, one's knees, overly excited dog, etc.; ising the rod as a step to enter or exit a kayak, boat, or canoe etc.; high-sticking and so on; any other abuse, as well as normal wear and tear and damage caused by teh workmanship of others. In the event the problem is not covered by warranty, I will work with you to repair or replace your rod as economically as possible.
NOTE: Should you decide to use one of my rods as a weapon to inflict bodily harm to someone or a living thing, PS Custom Rods will not be held liable. Under no circumstances will the liability of PS Custom Rods exceed the original purchase price of the rod, less applicable taxes.
